Keith Richards
                                           Treasure Chest

"This nut may contain Stones"
Keith Richards' Captain Teague following the Bump of all Bumps

Analysis:  Rolling Stones, Keith Richards allegedly fell out of a coconut tree in 2006 after which he received major surgery to his head, hence the bandage which replaces his usual bandana and then becomes the fretwork from his guitar. The coconut (i.e. his head) then lifts open and becomes a treasure chest which contains important items - his famous skull ring, his 40 licks plectrum and some Stones, naturally. The treasure chest itself is a reference to the part he played of Captain Teague in the film Pirates of the Caribbean.

Note : the hinge opening the chest is only partially attached - i.e. "half hinged".
Also, Ketamine (ketamine hydrochloride) is a white powder, usually sold in 'bumps' or grams. A 'bump' is a small amount of powder which is snorted through a small glass inhaler called a bumper.
