"I have worked with some of the greatest master painters of our time, Salvador Dali was one of them.  I have followed the art world for over 50 years.  When I saw Lindsey Bex's work I was amazed by her talent and skill, to create her art one has to be a visionary with tremendous artistic skills, she certainly has this gift, she is indeed an astonishing ARTIST!  I highly recommend anyone to commission works of art from her."  Uri Geller

 The Dotty World of LaBex

Lindsey Anne Bex was born in Hammersmith and grew up in leafy Metroland.  With her love of art and guidance from her art teacher at a local school she was accepted at Harrow School of Art in the 60's under the tuition of Prof Ken Howard RA.

Her pictures are predominantly in black and white applying the pointillism technique, using hundreds and thousands of dots (an average of 3000 dots per square inch, which increases as the dot/point decreases) executed with a rapidograph by hand, dot by dot.  This is a very time consuming procedure and she admits she must be "dotty" to be doing it.  Her aim is to achieve a photographic finish, with a slightly "surreal" content and with a "subtle twist of humour", as she puts it, in her celebrity art pictures. Every pcture tells a story.
