Analysis: Amazing what we can find in Heston's brain. In 2009 Heston created the Mad Hatter 's Tea Party at his restaurant, the Fat Duck in Bray, including an edible fob watch. Twisting words around we have jars of Duck Fat (Fat Duck) together with snail and crockery from the Mad Hatter's party.
Heston signed his portrait in his office opposite the Fat Duck on 19th April 2013 and donated to Hospitality Action for an event in London on 6th June 2014
