Jeff Lynne OBE
On Reflection

Jeff Lynne and his Secret Messages
(Jeff would often play with words in his songs and album covers)

Analysis:  Apart from a few obvious clues there is the reflection in his glasses of Shard End where he was born. The name Traveling Wilburys came about when recording equipment went wrong George Harrison would say “We’ll bury it in the mix – wilbury it – hence the gravestone (Turn to Stone). On the 1988 Traveling Wilburys Volume 1 album Jeff was known as Otis Wilbury and on the 3rd Volume released in 1990 Jeff became Clayton Wilbury.  – hence “Not Clay” as in 1988 he was Otis.  Groos/Bruce (on the space ship) from “Don’t bring me down” made up by Jeff which he found out later to be “greetings” in German – he uses both Groos and Bruce now.  2 stars – Hollywood Walk of Fame (2015) and the Birmingham Walk of Stars (2014).
